FOREX TRADING CONTEST CONTEST RULES

General terms of participation at the Traders' Contest

1. 1. Everybody, regardless of his sex, citizenship, specialty, trading activity at Real or Demo accounts as well as previous contests and above 18 years old, may participate at the contest.

2. 2. Online registration is required to participate at the contest.
3. 3. All participants are responsible to fill the registration form with correct information. «Forex-AZ» company reserves the right to disqualify the participant from the contest or cancel his/her registration if these requirements are not met.
4. 4. Please download Trendoks Trader FX4 trading platform to participate at the contest. During the contest all transactions are made via this platform.
5. 5. Initial opening hour at the start of Trader Contest is 07:00 GMT, however the trading begins according to the market hours on the following days.
6. 6. Every contest participant starts trading with $3 000 deposit and 1:100 leverage.
7. 7. As per the rules of the contest the participant must close all open positions and waiting orders at the last day of contest. Otherwise «Forex-AZ» company reserves the right to disqualify the participant from the contest or cancel his/her registration if these requirements are not met.
8. 8. Use of the automated trading systems during the contest is strictly prohibited. If such circumstances occur, the responsible person will be subject to immediate disqualification from the contest without any prior warnings.
9. 9. As per the final results of the contest, three participants with the highest profit (Equity - more than $10 000) will become winners and awarded with the Real Accounts according to the table below:

   1st place - $2000;
   2nd place - $1000;
   3rd place - $500.

   If the winner of the current contest is not defined, the sum of money for the first place is added to that of the next contest.

10. 10. The winner of the contest must contact «Forex-AZ» Company within one week after the end of the contest.
11. 11. If there are two winners in one category, the candidate with higher profitability and more transactions in this category will be awarded (if profitability indexes are equal).
12. 12. Award ceremony will be held at the head office of «Forex-AZ» Company.
13. 13. The participants are not allowed to use more than one proxy servers, HTTPort, SOCKScap or any other similar programs. «Forex-AZ» Company reserves all rights, at its sole discretion, to reject any application form or disqualify any applicant from the competition.
14. 14. Applicant hereby agrees to hold «Forex-AZ» invioable without any financial or other claims relating to Contest Account or Contest Rules.
15. 15. «Forex-AZ» may change totally or add any explanatory articles to these Regulations if considered necessary. In the case of any amendments to these Regulations, previous version is valid till the end of a current contest.
16. 16. All complaints that may arise during the contest or during the final arrangements must be sent by e-mail to konkurs@forex-az.net
17. 17. The contest winner agrees to take part in «Forex-AZ» promotional actions.
18. 18. Everybody who passes the registration to participate at the contest agrees with the rules described above.

Terms of usage for the awarded real accounts

1. 19. The winner who has been awarded with a Real Trade Account will able to trade on it only from the trading session opening on the nearest Monday after publication of final results of the Contest.
2. 20. The winner of competition is not the complete owner of the real trade account which has been awarded to him but may only manage it and is not allowed to withdraw initial amount of deposits.
3. 21. Withdrawal of the total amounts are permitted only when such amounts are the profits on the Real Trade Account and the client owns only 50% of such profit. The owner of Real Trade Account will not be responsible at any losses on this Account.
